Matthew Toeniskoetter

Background

I earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oakland University in 2010 and a PhD in Mathematics from Purdue University in August 2017.

Research Interests

My research interests include commutative ring theory and valuation theory. My academic advisor is William Heinzer. I have recently worked on projects involving finitely supported complete ideals, directed unions of sequences of blow-ups, and limits of valuations.
